Why We Built This Site
The first obstacle in Sevier County is often choosing the correct record keeper. Circuit Clerk Kathy Smith maintains Circuit Court felony, civil, domestic-relations, and juvenile proceedings. County Clerk Renea Bailey serves as clerk of County and Probate Courts. The clerk of the 36th Judicial District Court, De Queen Department, handles local traffic, misdemeanor, violation, and small-claims matters. Search ARCourts adds a statewide public case-information layer, but it does not replace the clerk's official file.
Bringing those routes together makes it easier to start with the case type, use the correct portal, and contact the proper office when an online result is incomplete. The goal is practical orientation, not to act for a court or supply a record.
What You Will Find Here
The site separates docket tasks by the kind of case and the record a reader needs. Its local details come from Sevier County and Arkansas Judiciary sources.
- Docket guidance: ways to search and read criminal dockets and civil dockets
- Settings: steps for checking the court calendar and confirming a changed hearing
- Case lookup: fields and filters used for an Arkansas case search
- Copies: routes for requesting court records from the correct Sevier custodian
What We Cannot Do
Sevier County Court Docket is privately run and has no affiliation with an Arkansas court, clerk, or government agency. That limits what the site can provide.
- It cannot retrieve an official docket or case file for a visitor.
- It cannot set, confirm, continue, or cancel a court date.
- It cannot seal, remove, amend, or correct a court record.
- It cannot issue a certified copy, judgment, transcript, or filed document.
- It cannot give legal advice about a charge, deadline, order, or case.
- It cannot promise that a fee, phone number, portal result, or setting is current.
Only the court or custodian clerk can provide an official record. A portal result should be checked against that originating source.
Search Partners
Search boxes on some pages are supplied by third-party providers. Those providers control their own results, terms, privacy practices, and prices. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports site operation. Sevier County Court Docket does not control the provider's database or guarantee its results.
